  • A plugin or update has caused a conflictTwo plugins don’t get on, or an update has changed something it shouldn’t.

Services

What I do

Fixes and bug hunting

I find the cause, not just the symptom, and fix it properly. Errors, crashes, conflicts and odd one-off bugs.

Checkout, payments and shipping

Payment gateways, shipping rules, tax, coupons and checkout fields set up properly, and fixed when they stop working.

Custom features

Custom code for the things your store needs that WooCommerce doesn’t do out of the box.

Plugin changes and custom plugins

I can change how an existing plugin behaves, or build a new plugin just for your store.

Speed

Slow pages and a slow admin tracked down and fixed: caching, images, heavy plugins and database clean-ups.

Integrations, migrations and upgrades

Connecting your store to other systems, moving it to a new host, and careful upgrades, including PHP versions and HPOS.

How it works

A clear price, then the work

  1. Tell me what needs doing

Use the quote form. A few lines and your store’s web address are enough to start.

  2. I send you a clear price

You’ll know what it costs before any work starts. What I quote is what you pay.

  3. You pay 50% up front

That books the job in, and I make a start.

  4. I get it done, you pay the rest

I test it, tell you what I did, and the balance is due on completion.

  • Small fixes are usually done within a couple of working days.
  • No fix, no fee.

Testimonials

What my clients say

“I had the pleasure of working with Neil in my role as the Product Owner on an enterprise scale WordPress &WooCommerce project in which Neil led the development of a global ecommerce platform. He is the consume professional with an approach of "anything is possible" which saw us launch 3 stores across 2 continents within 10 months of each other seeing revenue generation increase significantly. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil to anyone looking for a high quality & professional Wordpress / WooCommerce website no matter how complex or unique.”Ian Cort
“I’m a designer and have been building WordPress sites for a good while now. I’m fairly competent at customising themes and tweaking php, but I’m definitely not a coder and I had a niggling php issue in a plugin that was quite beyond me. The plugin publisher wasn’t very helpful and I’d run out of places to find help. When I came across Neil I thought this was a perfect solution – a way of getting expert, targeted help as an when the need arises. The response was super-fast, the issue was resolved expertly, the process was very smooth. And I found Neil helpful, personable and willing to share what he’d done so that I could add to my knowledge-bank. What more can a girl ask for?”Heidi Baker
“I've used Neil's services twice now and have been very pleased, especially in comparison to other consultants I've used ( who were either incompetent/poor communicators/slow to respond, or exorbitantly priced.) He is super fast, very reasonably priced, and always answers all my questions. I just had him move my hosting and improve the performance (loading time) of my site and wow! what a difference. Can't say enough good things about him:)”Victoria Dunckley
