How I Use Your Data
I use your data in the following ways:
Cookies
If you visit this site your IP address will be tracked, my cookie consent f
Comments
If you leave a comment, your name, and email address will be stored in my comments database and show on posts or pages with comments enabled. Any URL and comments will also be stored.
Quotations
If you request a quote from me your data is stored in a number of ways.
I will collect your name, email, WordPress URL, details of your WordPress problem, how you heard from me referral details of which pages you have viewed on my site.
This is stored in my gravity forms database in WordPress.
I save your email details in my Mailchimp acccount and also Woodpecker, an email automation tool.
The quotation details are passed to Freshbooks so I can prepare a quote for you.
In Freshbooks I store any quotations I prepare for you and any invoices I subsequently send if you decide to work with me.
Client Work
If you decide to hire me for WordPress consulting work, I will request login details of your site(s) and possibly your hosting logins. I delete these at the end of engagements.
On Going Maintenance
If you decide to use me for ongoing maintenance your name and email address will be stored on my managewp account, These are used to send you a weekly report on work done to your site.
Withdrawl of Consent
If you wish to withdraw your consent from me to use your personal data, please complete the form below and I will remove all data I store about you.
